Menstrual Hygiene Disposal System | Aunt Flow
Solving the disposal dilemma, one bathroom stall at a time!
Reduce clogged toilets and exposure to bloodborne pathogens from period care items, making bathroom cleanup easier and safer for facilities teams.
FACT: 30% of menstruators would rather flush their pads and tampons than come into contact with an unsanitary, often overflowing metal waste bin.
Aunt Flow’s Sanitary Disposal system makes discarding menstrual and incontinence products clean, simple, and safe.
No more nasty metal bins overflowing with strangers’ used period products (aka bio-hazardous waste) or the dreaded flushed products!

CLEAN
Aunt Flow sanitary disposal bags seal-off exposure to biohazardous material and unpleasant odor.
Used period products pile up in a soggy brown paper bag lined disposal bin (gross), exposing to staff to blood-borne cross-contamination.
FAST + EASY
Aunt Flow disposal bag dispensers are easy to install and reload, with it's keyless hidden latch and large disposal bag capacity.
Other disposal bag dispensers hold less product and require keys to unlock and reload. Multiplied by 100s of stalls, you're lookin' at a lot of unnecessary labor costs.
Cost-Effective
Our complete disposal system makes disposing and discarding safe and simple. That means, reduced flushing of period products AKA no clogged toilet!
Unsanitary disposal systems increase the likelihood that products will be flushed down the toilet. This means clogged toilets, drain blockages and EXPENSIVE plumbing repairs.

Best Practices for Maintaining an Accessible Supply of Menstrual Products in Restrooms
claire coder, founder + ceo
Hi! I’m Claire. I founded Aunt Flow after getting my period in public without the supplies needed.
At 18 years old, I dedicated my life to developing a solution to ensure businesses and schools could sustainably provide quality period products, for free, in bathrooms. Our products are made with organic cotton and we are constantly working to reduce our environmental impact! Since 2021, we've donated MILLIONS of period products to menstruators in need. I call this people helping people. PERIOD.®
