Free Period Products at Zingerman's Delicatessen in Ann Arbor
Ann Arbor Staple Zingerman’s Delicatessen is Committed to Menstrual Equity
Ann Arbor made big news in November 2021 when it became the first city in the US to require free period products in all public bathrooms.
Once legislation passed, Zingerman’s Delicatessen became one of the first Ann Arbor businesses to partner with Aunt Flow and offer period products free to all customers.
Zingerman’s Delicatessen is proud of our reputation for putting care and consideration into the selection of our food products. We put that same deliberation into building ALL of our vendor relationships, which is why we are excited to partner with Aunt Flow to become compliant with Ann Arbor’s new menstrual product ordinance. Aunt Flow shares our values of diversity and equity, giving back, sustainability and education. Thank you Aunt Flow for helping us stock our bathrooms with free period products for our staff and customers and for being a voice for period poverty and equity issues in our country.

Hi! I’m Claire. I founded Aunt Flow after getting my period in public without the supplies needed.
At 18 years old, I dedicated my life to developing a solution to ensure businesses and schools could sustainably provide quality period products, for free, in bathrooms. Our products are made with organic cotton and we are constantly working to reduce our environmental impact! Since 2021, we've donated MILLIONS of period products to menstruators in need. I call this people helping people. PERIOD.®
